Dr. Olga Dolghier and the team at Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics are excited to announce the addition of state-of-the-art LightScalpel CO2 laser technology to our 3 Arizona locations Goodyear, Surprise, and Verrado. The LightScalpel laser is used in many dental procedures including frenectomy (tongue- and lip-tie releases), gingivectomy (gum recontouring), and more. A LightScalpel laser frenectomy, in most cases, is bloodless and requires no sutures. Compared to traditional methods, CO2 laser produces less bleeding, less swelling, less discomfort; it reduces the risk of infection; and results in shortened procedure times and smoother recoveries.
