Current Open Position: Dental Office Administrator – Palm Vally Pediatric Dentistry PLLC is seeking a Dental Office Administrator in Buckeye, AZ

Responsibilities: Maintain computerized record systems to store and process patient data and insurance info, personnel activities and licensing status. Plan and administer services in a multi-location dental facility. Establish work and training schedules for staff, according to workload and equipment availability. Handle communication with professional and licensing boards (AZ State Board of Dental Examiners, Bureau of Radiation Control, etc). Draft and implement internal operational procedures on customer service, payments processing, and inventory of medical supplies handling. Negotiate terms with dental equipment providers. Occasional travel to other locations within the Phoenix Metro Area may be required.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Commerce or foreign equivalent + 12 mo of experience in medical or dental office.

Compensation: $66,500.00 per year

Job Description: Our office is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Dental Assistant to support our team. The Dental Assistant is a vital part of our team, as they are responsible for performing routine dental procedures as well as helping the dentist with more complex procedures. Coronal polishing and x-ray certifications are required and we’re interested in hiring individuals who share our values of respect, integrity and cooperation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service (Kid friendly)
• Soothe nervous children.
• Punctually administer meds to patients.
• Perform dental x-rays and cleaning on children.
• Sterilization and set up (treatment and hygiene) .
• Assist the dentist during checkups and procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
