With over 18 years of experience and being a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist, I am deeply passionate about creating a positive and comfortable dental experience for children. My specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at UCLA, is where I honed my skills in caring for young patients. My goal is to help children build healthy habits and feel confident about their smiles, all while ensuring they have fun and feel safe during their visits. I look forward to welcoming your family and providing the highest level of care for your little ones!

Personal Background
I’m so excited to meet you and your little ones. As a pediatric dentist I understand how important it is to create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for children. My goal is to make every visit to the dentist a positive experience, filled with smiles and laughter. I believe in treating every child with kindness, patience, and respect, and I’m here to help them feel confident and comfortable while building healthy habits that last a lifetime. Whether it’s their first check-up or a more complex treatment, I’m dedicated to providing gentle, personalized care for your family. I can’t wait to meet you and be a part of your child’s journey to a happy, healthy smile.
My Passion for Pediatric Dentistry

I truly enjoy every aspect of pediatric dentistry—it’s such a rewarding field! From preventive care and educating families about oral health to treating dental trauma and working with children who have special needs, I find joy in all of it. I’ve had the opportunity to become proficient in a wide range of areas, including restorative dentistry, behavior management, and creating positive dental experiences for children. While I love it all, I’m particularly passionate about helping children overcome dental anxiety and making their visits fun and stress-free. My goal is to ensure every child leaves with a smile and a positive outlook on dental care.

Continued Advancements
I’m passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric dentistry to ensure your little ones receive the best care possible. One exciting area of progress is the use of digital dentistry, including 3D imaging and intraoral scanners, which allow us to create more precise and comfortable treatments for children in taking impressions. Additionally, there’s growing research on biocompatible materials for fillings and crowns that are even safer and more durable for young patients. I’m also closely following advancements in minimally invasive techniques, such as silver diamine fluoride (SDF), which can help treat cavities without the need for drilling in certain cases. Lastly, I’m always exploring new ways to make dental visits more enjoyable, like using virtual reality or interactive tools to help children feel at ease during their appointments. I’m excited to bring these innovations to our practice and continue providing the highest standard of care for your family.
Making Patients Comfortable

Going to the dentist can feel overwhelming, whether you’re a parent worried about your child’s first visit or a child feeling nervous about the unknown—and that’s completely okay! My goal is to make every visit a positive, stress-free experience for both of you. For parents, I want you to know that I’m here to listen, answer your questions, and work with you to create a plan that feels comfortable for your family. For children, I focus on making their time in the chair fun and engaging. We use kid-friendly language, explain everything in a way they can understand, and let them take things at their own pace. I also use techniques like tell-show-do, where I explain what we’re going to do, show them the tools, and then proceed gently. For children who need extra support, we offer options like nitrous oxide (laughing gas) or sedation to ensure they feel safe and relaxed including Oral conscious sedation and IV general anesthesia. Our team and all the pediatric dentists are here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll create a positive dental experience that helps your child feel confident and proud.

In My Free Time
In my free time, I love staying active and connected to the things that bring me joy. I’m deeply involved with my church, where I find fulfillment in giving back to the community and supporting others. When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me hiking through nature, hitting the slopes to ski, biking on scenic trails, or enjoying a round of golf. Travel is also a huge passion of mine. I love exploring new places, immersing myself in different cultures, and learning from the unique experiences each destination has to offer. These adventures not only recharge me but also inspire me to bring that same sense of curiosity and connection into my work and everyday life.
